I just installed the trial version of examdiffpro and i would like to know if there is a way the output of the differnces between the files can be seen from the summary HTML page so that it can viewed offline later.
Currently after generating the report, it does not have any link in the HTML file to go to the differences for the indiivdual files compared between directories

The feature you are asking for doesn't exist. The closest you can get to your requirement is by using the /f command line option (report file differences during directory comparison - this only works for text output, not HTML).
