Our team is need to compare large amount of large files. Sometimes it takes too much time.
My question is could we safely launch two comparison on two different pairs of files at the same time;
i.e. in two separate cmd instances launch
ExamDif.com leftFile1 rightFile1 /html /o:report1 ...

Suppose I have folder1, in wich I have file1, and many other files.
And I have folder2, in wich I have file2, and many other files.
During folder1 and folder2 comparasion, I want to "set" file1 and file2 "matched" each other, i.e. even that they have different filenames, I want to compare ...
