OK, it works very well.
The command line is :
ExamDiff file1 file2 /j:"RE1|RE2"

Command line option /j: with multiple RE
I would like to know if it's possible to ignore more than one regular expression when ExamDiff is used in commande line, and so what is the right syntaxe?
I tried many syntaxes, without results...
