Re: BUG: Truncated files appear current
Either I wait and it will continue (but the file it hung on will be truncated at 10% but say Current) or End Task it- in which case the file usually says locked or not in project. Whenever the file is truncated to fix it I have to first delete it then add it as if it were new (and hope it doesn't ...

BUG: Truncated files appear current
I have an issue where sometimes ftpvc check in some files but hangs in the middle and the files are truncated. It says "current" even when FtpVC version is truncated and your local version isn't (only compares 1st x bytes, doesn't bother to confirm that x != y in terms of file size)

Random Crashes
FTPVC Randomly crashes, I don't know what is the issue or if it is an OS problem (I Run Vista Ultimate) but I doubt it as my Friend running it on XP has similar problems. Random crashes occur on both my computers. I noticed that it would happen more or less often depending on the router they are ...

New beta unstable
I am trying the new beta but after doing a find check out or find by status, it systematically gives the following error message:

improvement in email notifications
When I receive a checkin email notification, it would be nice to also see the comments (as they relate to what have changed).
right now only file, time and user info is displayed in the email.

Minor bug in Find Checkouts /S tatus
Hi,
If I am inside a subdirectory in FTPVC and I select "Find Check Out..." then, in the dialog box I modify the textbox to point to the root directory instead of the subdirectory.
FTPVC sends me back to the root directory but does not do the search for the checked out files.
Same behavior with ...

Issues with UK computer
Hi,
I am working with a developer in UK, he downloaded FTPVC but was unable to check back in files he checked out.
They stayed checked out regardless of his check ins.
I was wondering if that might have been caused by the date Format (they use DD/MM/YY instead of us using MM/DD/YY) ?
Any Hints ...

Remember preferences in "Find by Status".
It would be nice if FTPVC would remember the last preferences when selecting "Find by Status".
Thanks

Could not send email notification
I don't seem to make the SMTP work
it says :
Message Box: Could not send e-mail message to pierre@xpdreamteam.com (‹A…Àu¸€ÝP).
Any Idea?
I double checked the user name password are set correctly
Note: My SMTP server requires login. I'm running Vista
