The timestamps are not identical. But neither are any of the other timestamps since all files have the date of the build.
And most of the files indicate Same.
While the Directory Comparison option does state "consider files with the same size and timestamp" identical, this is not the same as the ...

Running ExamDiffPro: 4.0.2.1
When examining two .ear files, containing multiple .jar files, a couple of the .jars show up as changed.
However if you click on them for further comparison, ExamDiffPro displays the message box that the directories are identical.
