- One set of files is stored on a Windows machine.
- One set of files is stored on a Linux machine (a kind of backup).
I do recursive directory comparison with the flag, that files with ...

Not so important bug...
Just to make ExamDiffPro (V 3.4, Build 02.02.2006 03:22:26) even more perfect:
- Menu "View" / "Options"
- Go to "File Editing"
- Select "Create backups before saving files"
- Choose "FILE.EXT in the following directory"
- Unselect "Create backups before saving files"
- Go to another item, e.g ...

No, maybe I wasn't clear enough. Take the following situation: There are two screens in front of you, on one of them is ExamDiff, on the other is Windows Explorer. The feature I would like to have is the following: Drag a file from ExamDiff by taking it with the mouse and drop it in any directory ...

Shortcut
CTRL-H for Search/Replace would be a great help as most Windows users are used to this combination from other applications (Notepad, Word, Visual Studio,..).

Finally it's allways a design question. For me fact is, that I never needed the clipboard comparison functionality the way you designed it, but I need it the other way all the time.
Example: A bad programmer has copied some pieces of source code to another location instead of creating a new method ...

Copy different files to another directory
Hi
For my dayly work with Exam Diff Pro I miss the following functionality: How about a button that allows to copy the changed files to another directory that can be chosen freely. Very important: The directory structure should be kept.
Thanks
Marco
