Collection of all differences in a directory tree

I have a requirement to collect in a single view all differences in all files in a directory hierarchy.
This is so that when 1 or 2 line changes are applied to a directory, all the changes can be viewed simultaneously.

I anticipate output in the form below - but any form at all would be better than ...

No real answer but I'm sure you've considered using something like textpad to delete the columns of dates from the files before comparison either by putting it into block mode and selecting the columns or by searching for regular expression
^(.{43})....
and replace with
\1
(Posix reg exp selected)

If I've understood correctly I would find this feature very useful from time to time. I shall shortly be editting around 100 files and would like to see every line that has changed on one screen with the option of the previous/next unchanged n lines.
