EBUP format is ZIP format. I thing the plugin should be applied and the content (html, css, xml files)  be compared in sequence.

I mean the latter - there is only *one* item in the combo box list impossible to delete. I understand it's WAD. I can live with it.

It's possible to delete all items from the combobox list in Compare dialog box except the last one. If there is only one item Del key doesn't work. It looks like an oversight.

When I compare two directories and the last file in the list is absent in the source and is present in the target then the green arrow on the left diff bar does not work. What I expect is to remove the file from the target but the file is still there. The issue is only with the last difference. I ...

As far as I understand autopick pairs are saved in the registry. It's not possible to remove them from ExamDiff. The only way I'm aware of is to start RegEdit and to delete entries from the registry manually. Maybe I missed something. May I suggest to add the feature to ExamDiff ?

Two last versions don't notify me that the new version is available. I have installed 5.5.1.9 but "Check for updates" informs me that "I have the latest build". Maybe I miss something here - only major updates are recognized ?

edpro55_32bit_setup.zip file on download page contains version 5.5.1.4. Could you please update the file ?

Because I prefer to use defined sessions I very often have to go thru Files -> Sessions -> Load from File... menu/submenu or thru Compare dialog box. Could you please add two new buttons into the Comparison Toolbar: Load Session from File and Save Session to File ?
