I understand that the Enter key works for both scenarios (dragging the splitter and dragging the links). But does Esc not work for both?

One more question: what happens when you hit Esc while dragging the splitter itself?

Enter works as it should. But Esc does not (works for me though). I assume that your Esc key is fine, right?

Don't know if I understood the situation properly, and if this helps. Thanks but knowing how it could possibly happen in assembly doesn't help much since the code was generated by an optimizing compiler in the release build. Yes, I'll greatly appreciate this step, because it would be very helpful t...

2) I agree. We'll try and add this (scrolling) to the next build.

3) Esc already cancels a dragging operation. Does it not for you?

The dump always helps, thanks. However, in this case the code in the crash doesn't seem to have a fault.

Let's wait until the next one.

BTW, please let me know if you need a free upgrade license -- you certainly deserve one.

Is this reproducible (obviously, if we could reproduce the problem, I wouldn't ask)? If so, could you post (send) your files and options?

Thanks.

I don't think it's an EDP's problem. It uses FindFirstChangeNotification / FindNextChangeNotification Win32 API to monitor file system changes. I think that when you uncheck "Use system copy routine" in FAR Manager, it does not notify Windows of file system changes somehow.

There's no differences in this behavior compared to 3.4.2. Also, you can always change the notifications setting right from the dialog, thus ending the notification cycle if necessary.

No, there's no workaround. It's not really a problem; this is how editors should work IMO: preserve the linebreaks.

No, I can't reproduce this. I tested a Unix file, and the text is copied with LFs only (try it with a binary editor, such as frhed).

This is by design: you get an exact copy of your text fragment, including linebreaks. If you didn't have LFs in the file, you are not going to get them in the clipboard.

It should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting the problem.
