1. Comparing a large directory tree takes significantly longer than v10
2. Scroll wheel intermittently fails to scroll
Reverted back to v10.

I wish you had more details: what options are you using to compare directories? How much slower is it for you? Ideally, a small set of folders would be very helpful, along with options, that illustrates the slowdown.
FWIW, we've been using 11.0 for several months now, and it's faster for us than 10.0.
2. Scroll wheel intermittently fails to scroll
This could be die to the focus switching to another control. Did you notice anything like this?

So far I didn't experience anything like that.
