Xls Plugin Problem

Looks like my plugin is not working, Should I reinstall the app or the pluggin? Here is the Error (attached).

Are you using ExamDiff Pro 3.5? If you are, the plug-in Application value (under Options | Plug-ins) has to use the short name:

cmd /c C:\PROGRA~1\EXAMDI~1\Plug-Ins\catdoc\xls2csv.exe

Try deleting all plug-ins and reinstalling 3.5 -- it should create the proper settings. Or better yet, switch to version 4.5 that allows plug-ins to use long names (version 4.5 also gives better diagnostic messages for plug-ins).

This works, though I initally thought I tried this. Unfortunately, 4.5 is not an option yet as we just upgraded to 3.5.
