Directory comarisons with exe files

I ran a directory comparison on a large folder structure that our IT organization copied to a new drive. The comparison indiactes that all the exe's are different but their date stamp and size are the same. I'm not sure what it thinks is diferent and more importantly if this is an issue for us, will the exes work as expected? if i check the flag consider files with same size and timestamp identical, i get that the folders are identical. It looks like the same thing is happening with dll's.

If the exe files show as different in the full comparison mode, they are different. You can double-click on a pair to start the binary file comparison ans see the details. You can also enable the Dump PE32 plug-in (Options | Plug-ins) to see how different exe sections differ.
