Portable version of ExamDiff

I have a need to be able to verify files and folders copied from a laptop drive to an external USB drive haven't changed, all have been copied, etc. ExamDiff works great for this kind of verification, however i need to copy from several laptops (a one time copy) to this USB drive and I can't install anything on the laptops or make any registry changes. Is it possible to use ExamDiff from a USB drive or some manner that will allow me to do this?

No, even if you run EDP from a USB stick, it will still use the host computer's registry.
