CTRL-H for Search/Replace would be a great help as most Windows users are used to this combination from other applications (Notepad, Word, Visual Studio,..).

While it is easy to set up (via Options | Global | Keyboard), we'll add this shortcut as a default to the next 3.3 Beta build.
