Hi, can someone tell me why my compare output looks like this? I am comparing between two similar Word (.docx) files on Windows 7.
Is this a bug or is there an option or something I need to change? The way the output is displayed makes this programme completely unusable.

You compared your Word documents as binary files. Instead, enable "OOXML to Text" plug-in under Options | Plug-ins.

Thanks for your reply.
When I go to Options, Plug Ins I do not see a place where I can enable that plug in. (screenshot attached)
Unless I am looking in the wrong place?!

You are in the right place but you did not choose to install comparison plug-ins during the setup. You need to reinstall ExamDiff Pro and choose the aforementioned option.

Thank you.
We have re-installed the program and chose 'install comparison plug-ins' during setup as advised however I am still experiencing the same problem and I still do not have the option to enable the "OOXML to Text".
Can you advise what next step we should take?
I did not have this problem when using the trial version. It is only when we paid the license that this is happening.

If you installed plug-ins during setup, reset your Plug-ins Options page using the Reset To Default button.

I'm sorry to say that hasn't worked either. No plug-ins become available when I reset.
There are two files in the relevant plug-in folder:
Ionic.Zip.dll
OOXML2Txt.exe
Is there any way I can manually install this plug-in?
