With Windows XP, some files are truncated when they are checked in or added.

Is it something known? or Is there anyone which has experienced the same issue?

No, it's not a known problem. More information is needed -- tracing instructions have been sent to you in a private message. Also, please try the latest 2.3 beta -- perhaps your problem is resolved there.
