I am using ftpVC 2.2 and it comes with a version of ExamDiff. I notice that even after I close down ftpVC after use, sometimes ExamDiff still runs in the background. I have to go to Task Manager to kill ExamDiff manually.

Is this the expected behavior of ExamDiff or it is just me?

First, I suggest that you use the latest version of ExamDiff (1.6k) -- you can download it at http://www.prestosoft.com/ps.asp?page=edp_examdiff

Second, if the files you compared are very large, ExamDiff will need some time to clean up its buffer at exit.
