So I have my 2 files that I'm comparing (lets call them File A and File B).

In File A, I have the following:

3
4

In File B, I have the following:
1
2
3

So when I do the compare, I get the difference being the number 4 in file A (The number 4 is highlighed in blue).
How do I save File A (without having to delete all of the other numbers - i.e. 1, 2 and 3) so that when I save File A, the only number I have left in it is the number 4?

Is there a filter somewhere that I'm missing?

Any help is appreciated.

The View menu | Use View Filter, then copy/paste from the left pane into an editor of your choice.

See I told you it was a stupid question.
Or... I guess the only stupid question is the one that doesn't get asked, right?

This was suggested by one of ExamDiff Pro users:

Another way to save an only-Diffs file which does not involve copying to the clipboard, is:

1. Use the View Filter to display only the (desired) Difference Blocks
2. Select all content in each pane
3. Use Compare Selected Fragments
4. Save either file from the new instance

The file could also be edited immediately, if desired.
