Three Word documents (.doc's)
1-has no edit just text in a specific area so I compared to the 3rd document and no diff shows
The 2nd document has edits in red and underlined and still shows no diff to 3rd.

It's hard to tell without having the files. Contact our support on the web site, and we'll ask for the files, after which someone will look at the issue.
