Cannot start error from Shell extenstion

When I select two folders to compare using the Windows Explorer shell extenstion I get a "Cannot start" error.
Yet if I run Examdiff Pro directly from Start menu and then select folders to compare, all is right as rain.

So why doesn't the shell extension work?

FYI, I am running Windows 7 Pro x64 with Examdiff Pro 6.0.1.9 x64 on system where this fails.

What is the exact error message?

Dialog box with "ExamDiff Pro Shell Extension" title with read circled X, OK button, and message:
Could not start "C:\Program Files\ExamDiff Pro\examdiff.exe" "F:\Tmp" "E:\Tmp"
Now, the executable has had properties changed to "Run as Administrator" for all users and works fine if lanuched from Start menu or a pinned Task bar item. Error only occurs when either selecting two items in Windows Explorer and launch from right click menu or selecting one then the other to compare from the right click menu.

It looks like your directory "C:\Program Files\ExamDiff Pro" does not contain ExamDiff.exe. If so, perhaps you installed EDPro to a different directory at some point.

In any case, go to Options | Global and uncheck "Enable Windows Explorer...", then press OK; come back to Options | Global and check the option back. This will register the Shell extension form the same directory where ExamDiff.exe is located.
