As far as I understand autopick pairs are saved in the registry. It's not possible to remove them from ExamDiff. The only way I'm aware of is to start RegEdit and to delete entries from the registry manually. Maybe I missed something. May I suggest to add the feature to ExamDiff ?

Yes, this is the only option. There's no real harm in storing these pairs, and we decided not to implement a feature to remove Autopick data.
