When I compare two directories and the last file in the list is absent in the source and is present in the target then the green arrow on the left diff bar does not work. What I expect is to remove the file from the target but the file is still there. The issue is only with the last difference. I use the last version.

I cannot reproduce this. Could you post a screenshot?

Thanks to the OP's private messages we were able to reproduce the bug. The fix will appear in the next public build of 7.0.
