Hello,

Is there an option to display only files that exist in both directories but are different?

I tried both "show only differences" and "show only newer/older" and neither worked for me.

You need to first set up the view filter to show Changed and Newer/Older files (Options | Display | View Filter). After this use the "Use View Filter" command in directory comparison.
