EDP 9.0.1.2, Windows 32 (XP): Impossible to start the application. bcrypt.dll not found.

Oh, no!
Now, even reinstalling EDP 9.0.1.1, I always get the same message!

9.0.1.1 should be OK as long as you are actually using it: make sure you uninstalled 9.0.1.2 first.
We are working on the fix for 9.0.1.2, and it should be available shortly.

Build 9.0.1.3 fixes this problem.
