I compare 2 files and (in the same time) edit one in a text editor. In the old version when I saved the file with external editor the Examdiff show a Pop-up inform to re-compare the files (because 1 has changed). In the present version the program opens the "Option - Misc" each time that file changes (not a pop-up message with "Re-compare: Yes - No".
The settings are: Misc

Change notifications for file comparasion: "Ask"
Change notifications for directory comparasion "Ask"
