Remove "Select First Item to Compare" from Context

Does anyone know of a way to remove the "Select First Item to Compare" link that was added to the context menu that appears when I right-click on a file in the Internet Explorer file browser window? I don't like it when applications like ExamDiff Pro insert things into my Windows context menus without my permission as this has caused problems for me in the past.

You need to uncheck "Enable Windows Explorer (Shell) integration" under Options | Global
