Features question - Adding data via examdiff

Greetings,
I am interested in picking up your product for my personal use within my company. I am currently posted as a Central Files manager for the company which basically entails a lot of data analysis of customer records and the production of customer lists.
I currently use a trialware version of your product and am thankful for its assistance in showing differences between two txt files after removing important information from a file. I need this in order to keep contact information on the lists who have asked off as internally the company has a program which removes this data before a list can be sent out. However the sales reps in the company enjoy having the data incase there is a new inquiry which they know personally and can call or handle.
My question is this, is there a feature in Examdiff which would apply a marker to one of the files noting wherever a change was made in one of the files from the other? So for example could I take my original file and have a way for it to export the file imputed into Examdiff to Excel with a note for each of the changes in the other file imputed into Examdiff. Currently I am manually opening the original file after comparing the two files and adding in this column myself, as you can imagine this is time consuming.
I look forward to your reply, if anything is confusing in this post please let me know and I will attempt to elaborate.
