I sent you the Options file.
In reality, all you need to do is to enable the Ignore Comments checkbox, and add the following comment regular expression for your file extensions:
/\* EasyCODE.*?\*/

Sorry but after enabling the Comments using Your settinge,
some EASYCode comments stays.
Using my posted files, do You really have no EASYCode comments after compare ?

The only problem was that the Ignore options were incorrect. What kind of problem are you experiencing?
