Button of Replace in First and Replace in Second

Need some help on Button of Replace in First and Replace in Second, those buttons on my trial version of ExamDiff Pro version 4.0 is not functioning, they looks dim and de-activated. Can i get some advice what to do on this? You can refer to the attached snap shot
