file 1 vs file 2 ... how to stop changing my inputs

it's irritating when I have file 2 or directory 2 set the way I want it (from a previous compare) then change file 1 or directory 1 to setup for another compare only to find that examdiff pro has "guessed" at what I want in file or directory 2 ... If there is an option to turn that off I haven't been able to find it. What I'd like is to have either file change only if I click a button saying "use previous" or something like that. Maybe I dream to often :mrgreen:

Yes, you can disable what we call Autopick. See under Options ~ Global.
