Vista Business 64-bit XLS2CSV.EXE Stopping

Of all the plug-ins, this seems the most fitful. This plug-in occassionally crashes in XP-32, but consistently crashes on all workbooks larger than 64 MB.
And unfortunately, no, I cannot send an example workbook due to data confidentiality issues.

Any thoughts? Unfortunately, Vista provides no apparent useful information.

Well, this a third-party (free) tool so there's nothing we can do to help you with it. You may be able to find something on the web since it's pretty widely used.
