Show only difference words

Is it possible to see only the words that are different between 2 files?
for eg consider these 2 lines

outputs 1=1.5224,2=1.5045,3=-1.5048,4=0.0303,5=0.9876
and
outputs 1=1.5224,2=1.5045,3=-1.5048,4=0.0302,5=0.9876

what i would like to see is only 4=0303 and 4=0302 not the whole line

It's not possible at present. You can limit your view to only modified lines, and to highlight modified words, but you cannot view only modified words.
