integrated ZIP / JAR support!

Post by RealRaven »

Would it be possible to handle ZIP / JAR files like folders and integrate this into the ExamDiff Folder compare? Lately I have been doing reviews for Mozilla extensions and a lot of them contain JAR files, so diffing the source code in these is a quite frequent task - usually there are some minute changes within files contained in the JAR. it would be cool if they could be treated like folders so that I could compare extracted folders with Jar files of the same name.

Yes, if you install plug-ins (which is an option during ExamDiff Pro setup), archive files will be compared as directories. For options see Options | Plug-ins.
