BUG in Examdiff pro's installer?

During install/setup there is an option to or not to install plugins. If you choose not to by unchecking the option box, when you get to the last summary page before the installers starts creating files it says install plugins. Are plugins installed even when you have expressly told it not to ?

I cannot reproduce this. Could you please provide more details, perhaps screenshots?
