Why haven't I recieved my licence key?

Paid for a single licence today (3.5 hours ago). Received the paypal reciept. Nothing from Prestosoft.

When I attempt to contact you via your site I get this error: “Error sending email:”

Poor service.

We had a server failure yesterday at our hosting company, and parts of the site are still down. They include the automatic order processing. Your license key has been manually emailed to you. My apologies for the delay.
