Office 2007/2010 Document to Text Conversion - plugin

Examdiffpro 5.5 is not able to compare .docx files using the plugin "Office 2007/2010 Document to Text Conversion" (available on page http://www.prestosoft.com/edp_plugins.asp#14).

Application is showing error "ZipEntry::ReadHeader(): Bad signature (0x6B636954) at position 0x00000000"

Also mentioned that temp.docx file produced no output (its return code was 0)

Both .docx file valid/ok and has not problems. Facing same issue on other .docx files as well. Could you please look into this & help me?

I am using ExamDiff pro 5.5 trial.

I replied by email asking for your files. We'll look into this after being able to reproduce the problem.

Your plug-in options contain OOXML plug-in twice, which results in applying it to the result of the files processed by the first OOXML plug-in. Uncheck your second plug-in, and the files will be compared successfully. Specifying multiple plug-ins for the same type allows chaining of plug-ins, which is clearly not what you need in this case.
