Synchronize Directories do not obey "Full File Comparision"

Hello
I have a lot of files with new datetime but very same content.
When i check the option "Full File Comparision" Examdiff detects they're the same, but the new "Syncronize Directories" function are still copying them.

Other sugestions:
- Less options to Syncrhonize Directories.
I repeat this a lot, so i would like to disable most (or all) dialogs in order to sychronize with less mouse clicks.

- Add Synchronize Directories to shell context menus.
Something like: "Syncronize from..." and "Syncronize to..." options.

It sounds like you'd rather skip the whole dialog all together. Well, perhaps we can add a command to synchronize without the options dialog.

- Add Synchronize Directories to shell context menus.
Something like: "Syncronize from..." and "Syncronize to..." options.
