Hello
I tried to enable the following things (those which are disable per default for the case my marking is not correct) in the preferences:
Unfortunately it was NOT saved after first try. After a 2nd try, it was saved.

Sometime these things are not working when there's another instance of ExamDiff Pro with different settings that was closed after the one where you changed them. The last closed instance always wins.
