Disappearing directories

In flat mode, if I delete all the files in a directory such directory disappears, to reappear as empty when recomparing.

Is this version 16? Also, was there a message about deleting the folder that became empty?

Good point! The answer is: no.
And "Prompt to delete empty directories after deleting their contents" is checked.
