Sections of 'Word 97' text not showing?

I just downloaded ExamDiff Pro (evaluation version Build 5.5.1.14 ﴾32‐bit﴿)

I am comparing two (4) page Word 97 *.doc files... should the program cut off sections of the text or is there a setting that would display all the words?

Word to text conversion is performed by the catdoc application (a third-party freeware used by ExamDiff Pro as a plug-in). It looks like it cannot, for some reason, convert the missing section of your left file. Perhaps its formatting is different or it's something else altogether. FYI, DOCX files are converted by a different plug-in, so if you can save your file in this format, you may get better results.
