No Sound in Video Tutorials

Hi All,

Unable to get sound with video tutorials.

Have uninstalled-installed the latest adobe flash 11 on my windows 7 64 bit system to no avail.
Understand that adobe flash 11 works with both windows 7 32 and 64 bit.
Any suggestions or pointers to help resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Tutorials actually have no sound, they only visually demonstrate common usage scenarios in ExamDiff Pro.
