15.0.1.23 BUG: Last line of directory compare chopped off

Post by David B. Trout »

I just installed the latest 15.0.1.23 version of EDP to get the "Selection of lines from synchronizing (wide) splitter could be off by one or two lines with scope bars set to be invisible" fix (THANK YOU!), and noticed a new problem:

The last line of a directory comparison has it's last line vertically chopped off! :(

But it only occurs when a vertical scroll bar is NOT needed!

That is to say, when the number of files in the directories being compared is small, such that a vertical scroll bar is not needed (i.e. all files in the two directories can be shown), the problem occurs.

When the number of files in the directories being compared is large however, such that a vertical scroll bar is needed (i.e. only some of the files in each directory are shown; you have to scroll further down to see the remaining files), then the problem does NOT occur.

Here is the illustrated edition:

I suspect a small "Oops!" in the fix for the previous version.

No big deal. Just a minor glitch.

But it would of course be nice if it would get fixed.
