shell extension registration lost when changing options

Hello -

I am using Examdiff Pro 4.5.2.2 on Windows 7 (64 and 32 bit) and whenever I change any option using View->Options, the registration for the shell extension gets lost. It is easily restored but I often forget after changing an option that I need to re-register edpshell.dll & edpshell32.dll.

I just tested with Windows 7 Build 7100, and I couldn't reproduce this problem.
